A full Façade replacement, roof upgrade and soffit upgrade on 4 sides of this inner city building was always going to provide some challenges to the developers on this project.​​

CSD suppled street level laserscanning, laser guided positioning of Gantry columns, sub surface pit scanning, BIM modelling and management, clash detection, Hoist modelling and drilling positioning.

With BIM management and utilising the latest technologies on site such as AR and Live BIM to site models we ensured this complex project was executed with precision and confidence.
